Selected Achievements
•Delivery Class D FEED study as Senior Process Engineer for Statoil (Equinor) “Heimdal” Plug and Abandon wells (PP&A) 12 gas wells on Equinor's (Statoil) Heimdal platform in the Norwegian North Sea, my work included assessment of existing pipe lines and equipment, interface with Modular Drilling Rig Archer Topaz (MDR) and meeting Norwegian NORSOK standards, developement PFD (Process Flow Diagram), Process Simulation (HYSYS, PIPESIM), heat and mass balance, P&IDs and calculations, process equipment sizing, pump sizing, PSV sizing and line sizing.
•Successful completion FEED study as Senior process Engineer for Talisman Montrose Alpha Field, drilling campaign of addional wells, design modeling both Modular Drilling Rig and Bespoke Drilling Rig applications to provide the optimal solution in terms of cost, time and production capability.
•Successful completion of FEED and detail design for greenfield project as Lead Process Engineer for EPC Chevron (Angola) project for development for an offshore conductor supported unmanned platforms, meeting the specific needs of unmanned minimal offshore platform facilities.

Lead Process Engineer assigned to an EPC Chevron (Angola) project (Pre FEED, FEED and detail design) of an offshore conductor supported platform structure to meet specific needs of minimal offshore platform facilities.
•Developement of Hysys and PIPESIM simulation models and Aspen Flare System Analyzer simulations for process design and process optimisation, Heat and Mass Balance, and equipment sizing.
•PFDs, P&IDs development, line and equipment sizing (ESP, Pumps, Pig launcher, vessel) material selection, equipment data sheet specifications, and purchase requisitions. API compliance check. Cause and effect.
•Developed Corrosion Management System for piping and pressurised systems i.e piping and pressure vessels.
•Participated in HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, and other safety related reviews and studies.
•Lead Process engineer, assigned the close-out of HAZOP actions arising from HAZOP studies.

Consultant Process Engineer for the design verification, simulation and process optimisation in projects for Fareast Oil and Gas market.
•Development OLGA, Hysys, CFD, simulations for plant modifications, and process optimisation.
•Developed P&IDs, pipeline and equipment sizing, material selection, and equipment specifications.
•Prepared proposals for EPC projects, partisapate in client technical reviews meetings on Total EP UK North Sea asset (Dunbar Platform, St Fergus Platform, North Alwyn A and North Alwyn B Platform).
•Performed corrosion risk assessments (CRA), Pipeline risk assessment (PRA) and remaining life calculations for pipeline systems.

Process Engineer supporting new product development projects (Renewable energy/waste to energy).

Undertook projects as Process Engineer to conduct FEED study for Taqa Cormorant Alpha Abandonment of oil storage Project.
•Created OLGA simulations and scale model trials to prove methodologies.
•Created OLGA simulations for flow assurance and hydrate formations and PVTsim simulation for Fluid properties analysis.

Developed and implemented Verification Schemes by utilizing CMMS SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Module and undertook integrity verification for clients across all EPIC (Engineering Procurement Installation Commissioning) activities onshore and offshore, and operations of North Sea offshore assets - fixed platforms, semi-submersible, FPSO's and subsea production facilities on various operator i.e. Total EP UK (TEPUK), Taqa Bratani, Shell EP UK and CNR.
•Verification of major hazard installations and equipment (Flare system, Safety Valves, Pressure Vessels, Material degradation and, remaining life, fitness for service)
•Verification of material of construction is according to performance standard and API specifications.
•Verified compliance with the requirements of COMAH and the Health and Safety at Work Act and where necessary, identify and specify the actions legally required to improve safety.
• Technical reviews of engineering design, for the North Sea and Western Europe assets.

Acted as Client QC Engineer Representative for ExxonMobil, BP, Total and EnQuest on various UK North Sea projects.
•Responsible for reviews of vendor documents, inspections during fabrication of structural, piping, welding and mechanical works, and audits to evaluate QA compliance; and issued inspection reports.
•Conducted final inspections, witnessed FAT tests to release items.
•Reviewed pre-commissioning documentations and procedures for compliance.

Undertook activities for Process improvement and Debottlenecking and modifications at LNG Processing Unit, CPU (Central Processing Unit), and KPU (Kamil Processing Unit) at Marib Fields.
• Planning the global inspection schedule for piping and equipment Train 1 & 2 at Balhaf
•Modified Hysys simulation to Improve and optimize parameters and modifications. Reviewed vendor calculation.
•Participated in HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, and other safety related reviews and studies.

Optimised operations and production of automotive parts.
•Undertook an Improvement in Overall Equipment Effectiveness Project focused on process & operations improvement, equipment maintenance optimisation using Lean 6 Sigma, Statistical Process Control, FMEA, and CMMS.

Led a team of 50 production personnel,
•Modefied commissioning, modification/extensions, and process improvement projects - calculations, specification, flow-sheets, HAZOP's.
•Optimised process operations by creating HYSYS models to identify optimum process conditions in commissioning and post commissioning stage for plant units: High-pressure oil-splitting reactor, Vacuum Distillation of LDFA (light distilled fatty acid), DFA (distilled fatty acid), and Glycerine, Multi stage Evaporation & Sweet Water Treatment., Distillation deodorizing, bleaching of pharmaceutical grade Glycerine and RO plant.

Designed, reviewed and specified process equipment (Vessels, 3 phase separators, heat-exchangers, pumps, steam ejectors etc.), produced calculations, simulations (HYSYS simulations, CAESAR II), material selection, flow-sheets, PFD's, P&ID's, heat and mass balance, data-sheets, operating procedures Plant modifications for Gas Processing and Refinery plants.
