Represented client as Commissioning Engineer.
Participated as a Team Leader for the commissioning of Raw Mill (DOROL 560 tons/hr (Raw Meal) by Polysius, Germany.
Participated as a Team Leader for the commissioning of Coal Mill (DOROL 50 Tons/hr by Polysius, Germany)
Supervised Pre-heater and Kiln Refractory work with SIRC (Siam) experts.

It was a turnkey Project having capacity of 3700TPD which was erected,
Commissioned and atomized by F.L Smidth Denmark
Working Grade and Responsibilities

Represented client as Shift Engineer.
Taking over of shift charge (brief overview of plant operation)
Immediate attention towards any outstanding job.
Plant operation management (start/stop of the mill as per instruction/program)
Manpower handling.
Physical inspection of the plant equipment.
Supervision of the outstanding/routine jobs.
Communication & coordination with maintenance departments (Electrical/Mechanical)
Manage and ensure environmental, safety and health measures keeping close checks on PPES and ISO Standards.
