handling and optimizing the 3G network
• Preparing frequency plans for Zain Jordan using Motorola IOS and Actix Cellopt software
• Preparing benchmark reports for the implemented frequency plans

• Participate in technical discussions with the customer in order to agree on the network enhancing methodologies
• Reporting directly to the T-VAS manager whenever needed
• Customer interface for Zain KSA as a BSS acceptance engineer
• Rollout follow up, inspections, and executing ATPs with the vendor for the newly deployed sites
• Executing PATs and assuring that quality is as per the agreed specs
• Testing & commissioning of Motorola’s BTS
• IBS follow up, inspection, and awareness of the main concepts and process structure
