• Responsible to handle all the work related to design department and to check all the designs, simulations, calculations and drawings of a newly designed ILI tools and equipments.
• Responsible for the designing and improvements of all ILI tools mainly MFL, TFI, Calliper, UTWM, UTCD, Cleaning Tools and equipments.
• To plan the Design Schedule of all the activities.
• To review Project Information Documents and to provide clarifications of queries, and guidance to Design, Operation, Production, Assembly and other departments.
• To suggest calibration methods for ILI tools and equipments.
• Made Emergency Response Team to provide 24/7 support to the operation team during the execution of the project.
• To witness the pull through test and suggest improvements in the design, if any.
• To arrange and conduct trainings of the in house engineers and technicians.
• To overlook the Internal and External APIQ1 and ISO 9001 audits of the whole design department.
• Prepare technical proposals for provision of pigging services and conduct pre-tender site visits for inspection of client’s facilities and kick-off meetings.
• Handle project logistics, prepare projects budgets, travel arrangements, and carry out other organizational and coordinate project management activities.
• Execute on-site work i.e. equipment preparation for runs, tool launching, tracking, installation of marker stations, tool receiving, data download, tool maintenance, supervising field excavations and inspecting of reported anomalies.
• Managed the Production Department which included Mechanical Fabrication, Assembly, Electronics Assembly and Polyurethane production.
• Ensured that production of the tools is as per the plan to avoid any delay in deliveries and runs.
• Ensured production costs are not exceeding the planned budget for pre-planned and agreed scope of work.
• Ensured that manufactured tools and equipments are up to the mark and meeting all the design requirements.

• Was responsible for designing new 3D models of Inline Inspection Tools and generate 2D drawings for tool assemblies and their parts.
• Was responsible for making 2D simulations to represent the working of tools inside pipeline.
• Was responsible for calculating forces, stresses and pressure acting on each part of the tool when it was inside the pipeline acting under both mediums - Oil and Gas.
• To generate all required technical product datasheets.
• Prepared design and modification Mechanical design and drawings as per requirements.
• Troubleshooting and discussion with site engineers for designing and construction drawings.
• Was responsible for the planning of the production on shop floor.
• Was responsible for designing jigs and fixtures for the manufacturing of auto-parts.
• Designed different machines like ATM, Bill payment, Kiosks and consoles.
