• Provide full pre-award and post-award contract administration for Engineering & Projects Group across
multiple EPC, EPCM, Engineering Services and OEM contracts simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Liaise with end-user departments (Engineering, Supply, Treasury, Legal) and external
contractors/vendors to create, monitor and update the demand plan, maximising department
performance.
• Support the engineering/projects team in the development of contracting strategies aligned to project
scope and risk profile.
• Review Scopes of Work (SOW) for FEED and EPC works, evaluating contractor/vendor deliverables and
providing pre-bid and post-bid technical clarifications and bulletins.
• Formulate written contractual responses to Change Order Requests, claims and related correspondence,

• Provide guidance to end users on contract-related risks and best practice; advise on tendering strategies,
contract risk allocation and flow-down terms to purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Conduct post-award dispute administration, including negotiation and resolution adhering to company
policies and procedures.
• Prepare management information reports, collecting data and presenting to senior management for
review.
• Perform complete administration of Contract Work Orders (CWO) including tendering, bid evaluation,
contract award, change orders and post-award execution support.
• Support contract spend analysis, contracts audits, governance of critical contracts and contract close-out
activities.
• Champion In-Country Value (ICV) compliance, applying approved procurement and tendering policies
and monitoring adherence.
• Maintain accurate ERP/SAP records ensuring audit trail and minimising litigation risk; manage ADNOC
Underground Tank ($400M), Al-NOUF Island ($136M) and Das Reclamation contracts.

• Oversaw a SADARA long-term maintenance contract valued at SAR 30 million integrating procurement
strategies and business development, achieving SAR 4.5 million (15%) cost savings through contract
optimisation.
• Led shutdowns at SABIC (Hadeed Steel, Al-Bayroni, Saudi-Kayan) plants ensuring efficient procurement
and execution.
• Managed vendor relationships, negotiated contracts and ensured timely delivery and quality standards.

• Managed procurement and maintenance engineering for Lube-II Refinery turnaround ($10M); delivered
$0.2M in savings.
• Developed and maintained vendor relationships; ensured compliance with procurement and safety
standards.

• Administered FIDIC Silver Book for a 10 MW power plant project; reviewed and negotiated bespoke client
contracts, MSAs and NDAs in line with group-wide policies.
• Identified and communicated contractual risks to senior management; developed flow-down prime
contract terms into subcontracts and purchase orders in collaboration with supply chain.
• Assisted in the preparation and negotiation of Joint Venture and Partnering agreements under
