Looking at the Contractual and Procurement side of the multi million dollar Under ground tanks for ADNOC group through Kent PLC.
- Effectively managing EPCC Project Supplies including Mechanical, Electrical and instrumentation requirements as per client requirement.
- Looking after all local and import requirements.
- Involved in aggressive bidding process.
- Responsible for final Negotiations as per target contribution margin requirement.
Effectively managed technical projects, handled shutdowns & long form maintenance contracts encompassing workforce management, supply & equipment handling according to clients’ requirements. Worked as project manager of SADARA long form maintenance contract worth SAR 30 million, handling project marketing & business development operations, ensuring compliance with SADARA’s safety & quality standards
Worked with SABIC (Hadeed-Steel Plant), SABIC (Al-Bayroni Plant) & SABIC (Saudi- Kayan) projects, handled Mod- E shutdown as shutdown manager. Managed ARAMCO (Ras Tanura Refinery) operations as project engineer and efficiently executing different shutdowns in last two years for 5 different refinery units
• Worked as an Area In charge of Lube-II Refinery, supervising all the stationary and rotating equipment jobs and other planned activities.
• Prepared preventive maintenance plans and shut down maintenance plans for all plant items.
• Execution of planned and crash shut downs with minimized down time with effective utilization of available resources.
• Maintained inventory levels precisely for on-demand items, as well as evaluation of their technical quotations when ever required.
• Investigation and diagnosis of plant equipment failures and its recommendations to avoid its recurrence.
• Maintained close liaison with Operation Personnel and other departments to ensure smooth running of the plant.
• Resolved issues and problems related to the work force of the assigned area. Ensured maximum productivity from the workers with reduced over time working.
• Implementation of all safety procedures and practices in order to avoid any unwanted situation.
• Documentation of Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001).
