2) ensure proper follow-up of the course contents by the teachers by visiting the classes and having a check on the class activities,
3) getting feed back from the students and synchronizing their note-books with teacher's planners,
4) prepare a proper record of the class teaching activities, methodologies and progress of the syllabus follow-up,
5) write the related reports on the monthly basis,
6) synchronizing own activities and other faculty members' activities for a smooth teaching progress.
