• Ensure effective supervision/extension services by the field force to produce the desired style of tobaccos
• To ensure availability of recommended crop inputs to growers e.g. Seed, Fertilizer, Pesticide and Suckericide etc.

• Monitor and analyze competition activities in the area to develop & implement effective strategy for leaf buying & other activities
• Maintain EHS standards of the company in the depot premises and area
• Management of Secondary Manufacturing Department shift to ensure, growth, productivity and continuous operations
• Managing a team of 40 unionized staff ensuring Quality Product, MPS accuracy, managing IR and practicing effective People Management skills to target continuous improvement in AMO, OEE, MTBF and Production
• Managing Wrapping Material waste
• Responsible for EHS and Safety Walk of Secondary Manufacturing operations
• Floor preparation for high profile visits
• Line lead of one Production line responsible for its performance & continuous improvement cycle

1. Field trials conduction (internal and institutional), planning, budgeting, evaluation, registration, data analysis, final report writing, training of stakeholders and presentation on below trials;
• Conventional corn and Bt corn (Genuity VT Double PRO Corn)
• Green house and open field vegetables (cucumber, tomato, onion, cauliflower, cabbage, hot pepper, sweet pepper, squash, melon and water melon)
• Bt Cotton (Bollgard®/ Bollgard® II)-internal and Pakistan Central Cotton Committee (PCCC)
• Dekalb Learning Centre - these centres were trend setter in Pakistan agriculture industry
• Silage, seed treatment, product evaluation and advancement etc.
• Agronomic trials (plant geometry, sowing window, fertilizer, sowing method etc.)
• Adoptability trials-coordination with Govt. Institutes for successful veggie adoptability report
• Bt cotton and Bt corn tissue samples collection for gene expression study
2. Training of stakeholders regarding Monsanto technology, product, agronomy and vision.
3. To conduct and participate in field activities, Techno Showcase, DKLC, farmer meetings, field days and dealers conferences.
4. Close liaison with all the scientific communities regarding stewardship and regulatory compliances.

7. To represent the organization at different national and international levels.
8. Market survey i.e. veggie, cotton, glyphosate and corn (insect, weed, plant population, row to row distance).
9. I have done coordinator role in all cotton and veggie trials in Pakistan.
Done training of 10000 peoples including biggest stakeholders regarding Monsanto technologies (corn and vegetable) by establishing state of the art Monsanto Learning Center at University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.
