I am doing job in SANTOS (The Australian Major Oil and Gas Giant) as a Production Engineer on Ballera Production Facility. The facility has 130 Pro-ducing Wells.
Some, but not limited to, the Major job Responsibilities are as under:
• To keep the Plant running smoothly.
• To make reports about production estimates existing production.
• To maintain the Plant with best RCM facilities.
• To lead a group of Operators (Senior and Junior).
• To practically apply the best HSE practices on the site.
RA, PTW, JSA, OSHA etc
• To coordinate with the Senior Management about different Plant Is-sues (Both Verbal and Written)
• To coordinate with the Clients on hourly basis.
• To maintain effective communication with all departments within opera-tions to ensure coordination and cost efficiency.
• To optimize process facility operations in due consideration of safe work-ing parameters.
• To monitor quality in order to ensure minimal disruption to process control.
• To develop & maintain comprehensive operating procedures.
• To support the implementation of field maintenance programs and work closely with the maintenance team to control downtime and maintenance cost.
• To provide supervision and demonstrate competent working practices for safe and efficient operations to a team of production operators.
• To supervise the production process in order to achieve targeted monthly schedules and quality requirements.
I sell the Water Treatment Chemicals to different local companies of Multan.
I got 63% marks.My specialization was in "Gas Engineering". My Project was "To Study the Manufacturing Of 600Tons/Day SODA ASH". My Mini Project was on "To Produce NPK Fertilizer"
