• Make party orders after confirmation of receipts.
• Make delivery challan and invoices according to dispatches.
• Keep sales record units wise, value wise and region wise
• Daily follow-up to distributors for monthly committed orders.
• All working from orders till invoices in Software “Oracle”.
• Make Transportation comparison for best rates.
• Also Liason with transports for stock delivery status.
• Check and verify party claims and post in software.
• Maintain daily inventory according to production actual status.
• Provide monthly forecasting to Production according to expecting sales
Check distributor’s online payments via mail or hardcopy in bank statement and put it in software and submit cheques in banks.
Record and monitor all expenses occur throughout the day and forward day closing to Manager.
Maintain and reconcile distributor’s ledgers in software and asking payment from marketing staff.
Maintain assigned budget for specific activity and claims. Do monitor and check all expenses within the budget.
Any Other task assigned by Manager
Some Extra Distribution Work assign by Manager:
• Manage all domestic in sales excel and update manual party payments, field force expenses etc.
• Sort out different types of distributor’s issues, queries and to generate business from them according to their secondary sales & closing stock.
• Check different types of distributor’s claims on monthly basis.
• Prepare Ex-factory & in-market sale comparison unit wise
• Maintain distributor inventory on his floor as per company policy
• Keep in touch with store for material availability.
• Take suitable rates of material from supplier for upcoming promotion activities
• Filing sales Tax Returns invoices for submission to FBR & SRB
• Correspondence with RTO and satisfactory response to quires.
Dear HR Dept, I have been working with pharma co since 2012. I am handling all distribution and supply chain matters.I have a good communication skills and strong Ms Excel skills. Few thing i am handling in this co: 1. • Sales Analysis (Monthly, Fortnightly & Weekly) • Doctors Obligations, Maintain & Checked • 2. Otherwise search new or better distributor with the help of marketing staff. • Also Perform extra duties are as under: • Obtaining quotes for transportation and also making cost comparisons • Monitor all operation from factory and delivery at destination in time • Also liaison with corrier services for the feedback of delivery status • Shift Old distributor stock to new one and evaluate the best transport rates in market.
