KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:

 Managing payroll.
 Leading recruitment activities.
 Manage employee relations.
 Supervising Administration activities.
 Participating in HOD’s weekly and monthly meetings.
 Ensuring all permanent & temporary staff is paid on time.
 Preparing annual HR Department budget.
 Preparing Yearly End of Service Vacation and Tickets balance reports.
 Answering queries from staff or external bodies promptly.
 Employee’s satisfaction surveys, voice of team, problems identifications and solutions.
 Preparing Weekly/Monthly HR & Admin reports.
 Preparing Monthly/yearly salaries reports.
 Maintaining HR Master Report and Turnover report.
 Performance Appraisal, Probationary Period, End of Contract, Resignation and Termination Methods.
 All related HR activities such as Employee Rewards & Recognition Programs.

RECENT ACHIEVEMENTS:

o Arranging payment of staff salaries through the computerized payroll system and manual calculations.
o Arranging staff vacations including exit re entry visas air tickets and vacation settlements.
o Preparing employee final settlements end of service statements and exit clearance documents.
o Follow-up and evaluation of staff functions in cooperation with other departments.
o Maintaining accurate records of sick/maternity/parental are other leaves.
o Processing Travel expenses and other payment claims.
o Booking Air Tickets.
o Follow up training programs for the staff and reporting.
o Follow up and respond to all HR-related affairs contacts as per instructions of the HR Manager.
o Keep track of address changes, changes in job titles, benefits and salaries.
o Accommodation in charge.
o Liaise with the health insurance company.
o Maintain and process forms/expense reports.
o Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection for employment.
o Establish and maintain employee records and filing systems.
o Respond to employee inquiries.
o Employee Data Entry in the HR System.
o Update Employee Master Data.
o Update staff compensation & benefits in the HR System.
o Generate reports as and when needed.
o Management & responsibility for staff files.
o Ensure all staff documentation are updated and completed.
o Assist in solving Employees Issues.
o Prepare documentation of newly hired employees.

 Scripting: Java Scripting
 Environment: Windows 2000/2003, windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7
