In capacity of Sr. Project Manager, my key responsibilities includes:
• Finalizing Project management processes to eliminating waste, improving quality, productivity and efficiency.
• Managing multiple client specific projects, product enhancements in Payment Processing Platform and Production rollouts while focusing on meeting growing business needs and strategic priorities.
• Managing end-to-end product implementation including OLTP, WEB, IVR, OLAP Reports, Batch Services, Client UAT, Testing and deployments over multiple data centers (i.e. Private Cloud).
• Significant exposure of team and resource management. In my current responsibilities, I’m managing engineering resources of 50+ programmers, testers, BAs and architects.
• Managing relationship with clients, sales, vendors and internal/external stakeholders during planning, execution, implementation, product launch and post-launch phases.
• Change management, client communications, releases planning, governance and retrospectives in a highly agile and dynamic environment.
• Defining and documenting processes and KPIs to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure all requirements are met during SDLC life cycle and changes are delivered to production as per commitments.
• Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders to define and finalize requirements and map those requirements into existing and new business processes/functions.
• Creating functional, technical design documents which include requirements specifications or solution design documents, preparing Use Cases, Activity Diagrams and Process Flow Diagrams.
• ITOps, Service Delivery, Level1/Client Services, Level2 teams to ensure operations are running smoothly and services are up and serving customers 24/7 around the clock.
• Deals with various levels of complexities and difficulties and formulates procedures, documenting processes for their solutions and identify areas for improvement
• Provide analysis, recommendations, business process engineering, training and to support the successful integration of the client’s business and technology

In capacity of Project Manager, my key responsibilities includes:

• Defining and documenting processes, KPIs to improve productivity and efficiency. Objective was to improve throughput and decrease time to market.
• Analyze requirements, task distribution, resolving conflicts regarding the requirements and making appropriate decisions
• Manage end-to-end product implementations, internal and external stakeholders and vendors during planning, execution and implementation phases.

• Lead application development, integrations, implementation of design patterns and best practices.
• Participate in technical discussions, review code, analyze and design solutions against client requirements.
• Participate in the full life-cycle of the development process - from analysis, design, development, implementation, modification, documentation, and refinement for software systems
• Development and maintenance of Enterprise Application Integration layer.
• Developing Java (J2EE), SOA and ESB based systems for Prepaid Card industry (PCI domain).
• Develop and maintain automatic scheduling system to run business operations smoothly.
