El5eer Way is a charity organization which aims to help the poor and implement sustainable development in our village. I Manage the organization's social Media and social networks I Coordinate between all committees to strengthen the lines of communication to improve its capacity I Prepare the future plans and the objectives of the association, and follow up on the implementation of those plans I Establish and maintain working relationships with the press, partners, the community and clients I Oversee training and management of staff/volunteers.
In an attempt to narrow the gap between the theoretical curricula in education and the practical world's
needs and according to my corporate social Responsibility role | I developed and conducted soft skills
and social media workshops for students and recent graduates. This career building initiative aims to
help young people enhance their skills and capabilities to make them ready and qualified for the
professional world.
My main roles and responsibilities:
- Finalize and complete the needed documents and open the payroll customers’ accounts.
- Offering and Cross selling bank’s products in alignment with the bank’s policies and procedures.
- Sell consumer banking products to existing and new branch customers.
- Cross sell products based on customer potential and needs.
- Meeting and exceeding customer expectation and requirements in each Interaction.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Friends of Children With Cancer and Care With Love have joined hands and started the Health and
Hope Oasis, the first supportive care center providing and promoting nutritional, physical and emotional
well-being for children with cancer and their families in an environmentally healthy and safe set up. | I
developed training programs for oasis workers and Assistance in administrative work.| Cooperated in
the management of administrative affairs, cooking and preparing meals.
