•Maintaining and verify all accounts payable
transactions and records.
• Proceed supplier payments (local &
international).
• Monitoring group customers transactions.
• Issuing debit/credit notes to customers and
allocation of payments.
• Handling group companies payable & receivable
reconciliation.
• Reconciliation of suppliers & customers.
• Bank reconciliations and pass JVs in ledgers.
• Handling Audit (full account payable side).
• To monitor petty cash of all branches.
• To monitor all payable related GLs and pass JVs in
ledgers.
• To do costing & monitoring products cost.
• Issue price list of products by monthly.
