A) Consulting Service on Labor Law:

Update, advice and coach Department Heads on new legislation (i.e. Work Conditions & Circumstances, Work Contract, Duties & Responsibilities) etc.

B) Business Partnering on Employee Relations:

Provides support and advice to the management team on complex and challenging end to end Employee Relations issues and requirements as well as to recommend best practice and what poses the least risk to the business.

C) HR Investigation:

Undertake detailed investigation of complex issues, i.e. under performance, terminations, disciplinary and grievance matters.

D) Conflict Resolution and Facilitation:

Contribute to the effective resolution of conflict situations by coordinating the implementation of correct policies and complaint handling procedures. Where necessary, handling individual cases with a view to seeking their resolution.

E) Performance Management:

Administer annual performance review process and salary adjustment.

F) Workforce Planning:

Manage annual workforce planning, promotions, budgeting as well as identifying skill gap improvement strategy.

G) Recruitment and Selection:

Manage end to end international plus local recruitment process, including induction and orientation.

H) Payroll Management:

Liaison with all Head of departments in order to receive time sheets on time, reviewing them with the prior approval taken for the overtime then preparation of payroll for regular, vacationists, termination & resignation employees as well as preparing End of Service Benefits, generating payroll reports for management, Coordination with bank for timely transfer of salaries, cash payment reconciliation with Finance department.

I) HR Policy and Procedures:

Formulate, develop and implementation of new HR policy and procedures, as well as educating Department Heads on HR policy, to ensure compliance to the company's policies .

J) General HR Administration:

Maintaining leave record, employee personal files, monthly reports, exit interviews, training and development tracking, entitlements and benefits improvement, workforce location transfers and ad-hoc HR projects.
