Managing a team of 13 members, with me included, to offer training, deployment and technical support services to end users of company's products and services at Damietta governorate.

TSA, GFMIS, FSMS, FSS, WCS, T&K, CAPMAS, Traffic System, Pension System, MOPS and CPS.
Tasks include field services, studies, training and POS support.
Using CRM tools, Service manager console and Microsoft dynamics to resolve incident requests.
I established this firm with other friends.
Marketing overseas and closing deals.
Other management tasks.
Marketing products to purchasers from outside Egypt and finishing deals with them.
Arranging deals with exporters outside Egypt till receiving shipments in Damietta.
Other secretary tasks.
Translated documents in a variety of fields using CAT tools (Trados)
