• Bring company’s administration related functions (accounting, admin and HR) and transfer all relevant data into company’s new accounting system
• Produce company’s first financial statement for external audit
• Reconcile historical data with government agencies and clear backlog of tax refunds
• Implement internal controls to safe guard company’s financial and to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Work with CEO and attend investor meetings to attract new capital into the company
• Organize HR function and implement employee benefits program
