* Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments, and preparing items for shipment.
* Directed employees in the receipt of all incoming product and accurately updated inventory using SAP software and ensure all delivery errors were processed in order to minimize cost
* Established operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current.
* Attend to unloading, distributing, and successfully receiving product within limited hours of receipt. Identify and record shortages from vendors
* Ensured the accurate processing of all RTV's, transfers, re-wraps and salvage merchandise based on Company policies and procedures
* Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments. Responsible for monitoring discrepancy reports and processing inventory adjustments for all owned goods.
* Frequently coordinated multiple deliveries from separate companies to ensure timely arrival of goods without incurring additional shipping related costs.
* Supervised and trained all shipping and receiving employees to meet seasonal and peak season demands.
* Managed staff members by appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining associates, addressing complaints and resolving problems
* Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
* Monitors the unloading of all materials into the receiving department; ensures items are staged for counting and inspection; ensures receiving reports accurately and report material received.
* Reporting and resolving discrepancies regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
Job Responsibilities:
• Doing staff induction for new joiners about the store operations policies & procedures
• Ensuring the implementation of all the checklist and log is followed by operations team
• Ensuring that store is safe and hygienic for the staff/customers/visitors/vendors
• Ensuring that all the schedule maintenance jobs are carried out as per AMC
• Coordinating with contractors/management to ensure that smooth execution of project in accordance with the required standards
• Responsible for operational budget for maintenance of AC, FACP, CCTV, CIT, Security, EAS
• Coordinating with mall for the approvals of MEP/Civil drawings & work permits
• Conducting stock inventories, ensuring process complies with standards acceptable for audit
• Provide recommendations and solutions in crisis situations such as workplace violence, protests, and demonstrations.
• Reporting Footfall/Sale/Conversion/Average spend analysis (MTD/YTD) to management
• Coordinating with Admin, IT, Marketing & Mall for the smooth execution of events
• Recommending improvements in operational programs i.e. staffing/scheduling/ training
• Conducting floor walks to ensure required standards are maintained
• Ability to advise retail establishments on the development of policy & procedures Collaborate with law enforcement to investigate and solve external theft or fraud cases.
• Conduct audit programs including target store audits, maintenance audits, safety audits, or electronic article surveillance (EAS) audits.
• Train Security and sale staff on loss control and prevention measures.
• Perform inventory investigations in response to shrinkage outside of acceptable ranges.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local law enforcement agencies or members of the retail store/mall loss prevention / Security community.
• Conducting emergency evacuation drill for store
Job Responsibilities:
• Assisting Store Operations Manager (SOM) in daily operations jobs.
• Conducting Audits and purposing suitable solutions to minimize shrinkage
• Excellent analytical skills to keep check and balance on daily report (i.e. discount exception/exchange/store credit/gift vouchers) to avoid any misuse of the authority.
• Excellent knowledge of Navision, POS in retrieving the information of all transactions
• Participating in staff orientations to brief new joiners about policies and procedures
• Responsible to take the ownership for Security, HK, maintenance dept related issues
• Responsible to track down known and unknown losses and reporting to SOM
• Responsible to attend any complain regarding policy violations and reporting to SOM
• Responsible to get the mall permits for the store events form Mall and Local authorities\]
• Responsible for stock control, in/out during different events
• Responsible for the installation of CCTV surveillance system for new stores
• Working as Central Cashier as and if required.
