* Implementation & Controlling of SAP software (PM & MM) Module
for process documentation activity of whole Power Plant for
better understanding of all the business processes and to identify areas of improvement through process
documentation.
* Implementation of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software).
December 2013.
Complete working on preparation of implementation of CMMS at Lucky Cement Ltd. Collection of
plant maintenance data and requirements. Design required reports with the coordination of user
departments. Prepare maintenance schedules for all generators and other plant equipments as per their
manuals and manufacturer recommendations.
* Implementation of ERP (Oracle Based) Inventory Management Module.
January 2011.
I have implemented Oracle Based ERP (Inventory Management Module) at Lucky Cement Limited
& computerized whole inventory / stores of company. And after successfully implementation of ERP
Inventory Module I have trained all users on ERP software and performing controlling and all
operations of Inventory/warehouse since last four (04) years. Now we have 100% computerized
Inventory/Stores and achieving 100% goals by using ERP software.
