 Power User/ Master Data Controller of SAP PM Module in ORPIC.

 Focal point for all Maintenance inspection recommendation compliance and ARC recommendations for Sohar Refinery - part of Orpic’s RITE (Reliability, Integration, Talent & EBITDA) initiative & RIJ (Reliability Improvement Journey).

 Project Planner of Inventory Optimization Project for Orpic Material Inventory (USD 100+ Mn) as an additional task.

 Active Team Member of Quick Win QW # 101 (Fixing of Damaged Deluge Tubing in LPG Tank) implementation team which saved USD 0.68 Million.

 Handling planning / scheduling activities for static equipments and be part of team for the successful completion of all Sohar Refinery planned and unplanned shutdowns since 2013 within budget & scheduled time frame.

 Preparing automated planning estimation sheets for scaffolding, insulation, painting & civil works which helped to control and reduce overall cost of Maintenance function OpEX.

 Active Team Member of successfully implemented SAP Maintenance Cost Project for Maintenance Function.
(Linking of Services Purchase Requisition PR to Work order in SAP).

 Active Team Member for implementing CMPT (Corrective Maintenance Prioritization Tool) in SAP.

 Managing of the mechanical manpower for the area & assigning specific responsibilities according to their experiences and skills.

 Responsible for Maintenance of Mechanical equipment (Rotary equipment such as Pumps, Homogenizers & Stationary Equipment such as Valves, Plate Heat Exchangers, Tubular Heat Exchanger etc.).

 Responsible for planning & scheduling of equipment’s maintenance (Preventive maintenance as well as corrective maintenance).

 Improve and update the maintenance (preventive & predictive) program regularly.

 Prepared SOPs and job packages for critical equipment maintenance jobs.

 Prepare Daily and Weekly maintenance Schedule reports.

 Identify, update & continuously improve equipment reliability.

 Identify, select and update the required spare part list.

 Responsible for safe maintenance of machineries and personnel working in plant.

 Adopt methodologies to improve plant capabilities.

 Co-ordination & follow-up with warehouse & procurement for pending material deliveries

 Have a good knowledge of SAP maintenance module.

 Coordination with contractor staff for routine & shutdown maintenance works.

ISO 9001 (QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)

 Responsible for the complete ISO-9001 documentation of Mechanical Maintenance Department as:
Preventive Maintenance Schedule, Calibration schedule, Lubrication Schedule, Checklists, Hygiene Plan, Job Description record (JD’s), Work Instructions, SOP’s, Work Orders, Process Engg Map etc.

ISO 14001 (ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)

 Responsible for the complete ISO-14001 documentation of Mechanical Maintenance Department as:
Input/output Assessment Sheets, Improvement Plans of EMS.

ISO 18001 (OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY)

 Responsible for the complete ISO-18001 documentation of Mechanical Maintenance Department as:
Base Hazard Identification, Risk Assessments, Improvement Plans of OH&S.

 Having knowledge of Work Permit Procedures, Safe operation committee (SOC), Pre-Start up Safety Review (PSSR), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Management Safety Audit (MSA).

 Responsible for smooth assembly & rectify problems during operation.

 To ensure that all equipment in assembly line are running according to their standards of operation.

 Adopt methodologies to improve plant capabilities.

 Have a good knowledge of Oracle Management Software.

Work as internee in various departments of People's Steel Mills.
