The Description: The company is responsible for work of cladding of a Residential building in Mashrou-Dummar from zero to turnkey as a Contractor
Client:Al Manhal Residential Association.
Responsibilities:
-Surveillance of progress at cladding labor (Building of brick wall -Plastering works - Electrical installation -Sanitary installation)
-Prepareing bills of quantities (BOQ).
-Coordinate work with other disciplines such as mechanical, etc.
-Creates detailed drawings and specifications for architectural.
Projects: Hospitals & General facilities
Client: Damascus Governorate.
Consultant: GENERAL COMPANY FOR ENGINEERING STUDIES.
Responsibilities:
-Preparing the general arrangement and reinforcement detailing shop drawings of structural elements such as Beams, Slabs, columns, Shear walls for Residential Buildings using AutoCAD software and produce bar bending schedule and rebar by manual calculation with the help of excel .
-Prepareing bills of quantities (BOQ).
-Design Structural elements of several buildings in Damascus using computer
software like Etabs, Safe.
-Review designs, calculations and Ensure construction plans meet specifications of building codes and other regulations.
