• I am responsible for all jobs, which include analysis & management of Process, Fuels and Raw Materials.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets.
• Monitoring and auditing of products to ensure high standards of quality.
• Ensuring products comply with legislation and quality assurance codes.
• Ensuring that all QC/QA Tests are carried out on time and in full.
• Possessing a good understanding of the essentials of safety and quality.
• Delivering presentations to an audience of Manager Level within the business.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior managers on performance.
• Identify training needs and recommendations to improve the staff/worker skills.
• Keeping quality documentation up to date. Making sure that all QC/QA records, data & information are available to Quality Control Managers.
• Responsible for the review and update of the programme quality plans.
• Ensuring activities in the quality plan are carried out.
• Coordinating the investigation of customer complaints.
• Controlling the process with respect to quality parameters.
• Acceptance & rejection of incoming materials and Oil after its analysis. (To ensure their quality and conformity with purchase order and company’s specification.)
• Monitoring the sample collection of the bore holes whenever the drilling will be carried out by Mining department on Quarry.
• Maintaining all analysis record in MIS/SAP system of raw meal, Clinker, Cement, Oil, Coal, RDF, Raw materials and Quarry samples.
• To calibrate the X-ray Spectrometer for different analysis such as Raw Meal, Clinker, Cement, Lime Stone, Clay, Laterite and Gypsum.
• To check the stability of calibration curves.
• Stock maintaining and indentation for smooth running of lab.
• Planning of sampling from Quarry, its analysis and record keeping.
• To check the shift results and make a Quality Control Plan for target settings after collaboration with Manager Quality Control.
