• Responsible for the implementation of project approved HSE Plan and HSE Management System of Company.
• Responsible for hazard identification and address the same to site HSE In charge.
• Respond to incident at site and participate in investigation with site HSE In charge.
• Responsible to maintain project HSE targets by ensuring the safe system of work is in place and strict implementation of permit to work system.
• Responsible for carrying out site HSE inspections, participation in HSE audits and follow up for Close out.
• Responsible for implementation and compliance of site environmental and waste management plan.
• Responsible for implementation of site emergency response procedure.
• Responsible for implementation of site road safety procedure, maintaining vehicle and equipment record.
• Responsible for promotion of HSE culture, ensure adequate safety signs, bulletins and HSE Instructions are displayed at conspicuous places for HSE awareness.
• Responsible to keep site management informed and updated on latest HSE requirement.
• Responsible to arrange HSE trainings, BBS implementation at site.
• Attend daily, weekly and monthly site meetings with Client and take appropriate measures on site HSE issues.
• Responsible for updating weekly/monthly HSE statistics to site HSE In charge.
• Ensure the implementation of the Company’s control of documents and records procedure for all HSE matters
