• Carry out installation and Commissioning work with OEM technician of WP-Kemper (Roll-In Evolution & Pane line), RONDO, ACMON Flour Handling system, (MIWE Germany) ideal, Roll-in e+ & proofer, Heine Spiral Cooler, PFM Packaging Machine and Koma Blast Freezer.
• Verify mothed of work provided by contractor for safety.
• Prepared the working instructions for maintenance Department.
• Involve by put advise in preparation SOP’s of the maintenance department.
• Arrange PPM Schedule of Equipment.
• Handle breakdowns all bakery lines (Rondo, WP-kemper Pane line, roll-in evolution, ACMON flour Handling system, PFM Packaging machine, MIWE Oven & Proofer.
• Implementation of LOTO.
• Involve in Preparing and managing the necessary documentation and procedures for Factory startup,
• Working in implementation of SAP system for the Factory maintaining and asset management.
• Comprise in prepared the SOP's of maintenance department.
• Arrange PM Schedule of Equipment's.
• Involve in troubleshoot of electrical issues PLC (7 series), VFD

• Coordinate with project manager to new store requirements.
• Coordinate with operation team to arrange required equipment for new store.
• Understands plans and estimates for Facilities projects.
• Supervises the execution of the Facilities tasks to insure the contractor's compliance with the plans and specifications.
• Administers projects by completing necessary forms, and correspondence.
• Assists with maintenance projects by offering technical advice on maintenance procedures.

 Coordinates and inspects major work on the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical and other related.
 Coordinates renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities.
 Ensuring the smooth functioning of all electrical units and equipment in a facility for the safety of its occupants.
 Conducting scheduled checks, inspections, and detecting any short circuits and Electrical malfunctions.

•  Wiring & testing of APFC (Automatic Power Factor Control) Panels.
 Testing and wiring of Synchronizing Panel.
 Testing and maintenance of Generator ATS (automatic transform switch) or AMFS
 Testing of LT and HT panel.
 Wiring and design MCC Panel (motor control center).
 Installation of control panels during shutdown service.
 Rewire & design control panels on site which need.
