With Qcon I am mostly doing SD estimate and Retrofit Project.

experience includes all aspects of Project estimation and planning of catalyst handling, cleaning application for heat exchanger /fin fan/vessels and process systems, Piping and Pipe Line, hydro-milling, chemical cleaning, and Tank cleaning.

 Evaluating tender documents, drawings & schedules.
 Scrutiny of tender documents for its completeness and floating enquiries to suppliers / manufacturers.
 Ensure the estimate is built up methodically and in sufficient detail in accordance with good estimating practice.
 Assemble accurate and well organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner for stipulated price, design-build and construction/project management formatted projects
 Ensure the estimate basis is” CURRENT COSTS” and escalation is properly covered, whatever possible a good value of estimate contingencies to be captured.
 Calculates final figure for the estimated cost, supplemented by adjustments for overheads, profit and keep following margin for management requirement, and presenting competitive tender price.
 Maintain lesson learnt database from existing projects, clear understanding of work scope and best estimation with respect to execution of project.
 Evaluation for the manpower and resources requirement for SD and TA.
 Eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling and coordination with operation and maintenance team.
 Develop and define project goals and objectives, identify changes in work scope in the project plan
 Maintaining an accurate and complete file record of all calculations, material lists, costings, drawings, correspondence and purchase orders.
 To ensure the company does not incur unnecessary loss of contribution due to non‐ chargeable costs.
 Identifying scope changes, developing and issuing project cost variances and evaluation of change orders.
 To programme work load to ensure that all resources arrive on site as scheduled, and thereby allow the installation to be completed as cost effectively as possible.

 Working with operations executives and program/project managers to structure project (EPS), organizational breakdown structure (OBS), and resource hierarchies (RBS), set up basic calendars, and defines organization-wide custom fields and codes in the Project Management module.
 Experience with International EPC contractors, Main responsibilities include making technical decisions, ensuring coordination, quality and conformance with Client contractual requirements.
 Significant know ledge in engineering technologies utilized in downstream assets, a strong awareness of project economics and contracts negotiations.
 Works with manager to develop activities and durations for incorporation into the schedule & assist him for upcoming milestones & to be aware for project delay activities.
 Responsible for ensuring that Primavera applications are implemented properly and operate smoothly.
 Scheduling and Monitoring of Fabrication & Erection activities as per engineering & share with both up and down the chain of command.
 Conferring & resolving design issues related to engineering (structure, equipment and piping) with management.
 Close coordination with execution teams & highlights there issues to management & buckup to boost the progress and manage available resources.
 Ensure successful completion of mechanical deliverables and monitoring of project performance for mechanical tasks, schedules and costs.
 Liaison with other discipline leads and vendors management level.

 Executing & Monitoring On-site fabrication & erection, installation, leveling and Inspection of equipment, Piping, Tanks, Steel Structure, Insulation, Internal Floating Roof and cooling tower as per related standard procedures.
 Planning & scheduling the task/activities according to B.O.Q/Drawings on MS Project & Primavera (P3/P6).
 Preparation of outage plan, equipment plans, estimation scheduling, Monitoring of Physical & Financial progress, making of Monthly reports and invoices.
 Correspondence with client on delaying/effecting the plan activities
 Managing B.O.Q liaising with Planning & update them for modification/SDM’s/FCR and revision in B.O.Q.
 Working on Steam Tracing activities as well as GRP/FRP on project.
 To prepare the MS/JSA & other procedures for equipment erection, piping and other mechanical activities.
 Managing the full deployment of the workers to achieve the targets successfully before the dead line.
 Responsible for Structure, Piping and tanks works at Site.
 Supervise the team and responsible for daily activities of piping, tanks and structure.
 Planning & scheduling of daily, weekly and overall activities.
 Correspondence with contractors and developing of all documents.
 Preparation of W.P.S P.Q.R & Weld Control Summary record & conducting welder test.
