Green Riyadh Program, Egis (PMO)
Client: Royal Commission Riyadh City
Responsibilities includes:
1. Managed Green Riyadh Project Six Landscaping and Greening Projects with the approximate value is 1800 million SAR.
2. Managed one consultant (IDOM) in implementation and construction.
3. Landscape design modifications.
4. Inspected and Reviewed Landscape Shop Drawings, BOQs, RFIs.
5. Assisted Construction Manager and Program Director in implementation of project activities.
6. Provided support and guidance to Consultants’ staff.
7. Identified and rectified impediments in smooth management, execution and implementation of all contracts through the consultant.
8. Directly corresponded along with the Client to supervise Consultant and Contractors on various contractual issues.
9. Approved Initial Hand-over of Projects.
10. Previewed and approved the consultant and contractors work programs / schedules, BOQ, EOT, resource deployment plans and different technical submit as per technical specifications.

Working experience in construction supervision of landscape project of International stature with renowned developers and consultants in the industry. Understanding of, and resolving project site or execution related issues / disputes in accordance with the design criteria, specifications and stipulations set in the contracts.

Project Management:
Successful contributions in initiating world class project comprising Landscape works, leading right from the schematic designs to complete design reviews / compilations, materials selection / appropriation / approve method statements, review / approve QA/QC compliance procedures and HSE manuals, handling technical queries and RFIs, compilation of Landscape O&M manuals for the successful completion and issuance of handover reports. In depth understanding of key knowledge areas and project management lifecycle suited for best use within the dynamics of all Landscape construction project.

Landscape, Parks, Plantation and Contract Administration:
Strong ability to interpret the conditions of contract, technical specifications, design / construction drawings, BOQs, and manuals for construction, and alongside have potentials of recommending particular and project specific special provisions to mitigate complexities during project execution stage and associated risks that entail. Prepare analysis of contractual claims, review documentations, contractual communications and project stakeholder management, organize and lead kickoff / progress review / contractual meetings. Preparation of various contractual reports, presentations, project close-out reports etc.

Quantity Surveying & Commercial:
Audit payments of contractors, certify Invoices / IPCs, value engineering, prepare and evaluate contractual variations, claims review and analysis, technical and commercial analysis, measurements of completed work, evaluate contract final estimate, preparation of final accounts etc.
Other expertise includes;
 Preparation of technical & financial proposals (RFPs), and tender / contract documents.
 Planning & scheduling on MS Project.
