-Root cause analysis of Inhouse Defects as well as field complaints related to product usage and functions
-Provide training to departmental staff on KAIZEN initiation, recording & reporting activities, motivate them and review their Kaizen suggestions
-Maintain 5S within the department
-Preparation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Sub ordinates
-Identification and rectification of Loop Holes in Quality Inspection Process
-Preparation & Review of ITIs
-Ensure proper rejection feeding in ERP system (Oracle 11i)
-Focus & Implement corrective actions to reduce internal as well as external cost of quality and service call rate
-Prepare Supplier Monthly Rating Reports on the basis of Quality, Price and Procurement time
-Developing Suppliers as per DGC standards and monitoring them via Vendor Quality Audits and implementing corrective actions where required
-Ensuring & monitoring proper on time inspection of incoming parts.
-Development of WIs, ITI s & Jigs and fixtures to optimize inspection time and procedures
-Provide training to departmental staff on KAIZEN initiation, recording & reporting activities, motivate them and review their Kaizen suggestions
-Maintain 5S within the department
-Usage of SPC techniques & 7 tools of Quality regarding vendors’ parts quality

-Assure that no low quality part gets on line as well as no low quality part is received from the supplier
