Result oriented professional with almost fourteen years’ experience in the successful delivery of mega, fast track, multi-disciplinary projects; within budget, meeting all requisite quality and timeline requirements. Demonstrated expertise in both the technical and commercial side from initial tender to handover including; design management and integration, scheduling, sourcing, contracts administration, cash control, resource planning and sub-contractor management.

Main Responsibilities:
 Civil and Structural Design, Review & its Coordination with Primary Engineering & MEP disciplines.
 Defining the detailed description of scope and project deliverables.
 Defining and implementing strategies for execution of the project.
 Assesses contracts documents and specifications in terms of claim-relevant significance.
 Gate review meetings for interface between Civil design and Electro Mechanical design.
 Liaison with the local Authorities for the timely availability of all necessary permits.
 Supports selection and management of subcontractors/partners according to defined criteria.
 Monitors the performance of the subcontractors/partners.
 Contributes to the identification of claims & negotiations on making/mitigating claims.
 Controlling and optimizing costs & Contributes to optimization of project profitability.
 Coordinate procedures and requirements concerning quality management.
 Ensure customer acceptance and final project handover to client / contract partner(s).
 Implementation, maintenance and communication and ensure adherence to the ALSTOM environmental, health and safety policy & legislative compliance.
 Preliminary Structural Design of Substation Structures for Tendering.

 Supervising and ensuring the quality of whole work which includes Layout, Foundation, RC Frame Structure, Brick Masonry, Plastering, Fixing of doors & windows, Flooring & finishing of all activities, Electrification work & Plumbing etc.
 Tests for checking the strength & quality of materials.
 Estimation the progress of project in percentage on weekly and monthly basis.
 Checking of Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
