1 Carry out warranty, technical support and training functions in order to maintain a premium quality product in After-Sales-services.
2 On time raising warranty claims to the suppliers.
3 Review the warranty claims before sending to the suppliers to be sure that the claims are sent in the perfect way to achieve the supplier’s approvals, also to be in line with the suppliers
warranty policies.
4 Implement a control system for monitoring, following up and achieving warranty claim
approvals.
5 Responsible to provide all branches with the products technical information including the
product modifications.
6 Follow up the implementation of the supplier’s product improvement.
7 Review the claims reconciliation with F&A after receiving the supplier’s credit notes.
8 Resolve queries from branches in matters concerning technical information, Warranty and
Contract Maintenance.
9 Distribute Warranty activities and Campaigns issued by the manufacturers and ensure that
they are carried out within the specified time limit.
10 Provide or arrange technical service training courses for all service staff.
11 Follow up implementing safety and contamination control regulations in all workshops.
12 Liaises with SOM & POM in the Regions, Head Office staff, Manufacturers Representatives
13 Responsible and conscientious attitude with the ability to work unsupervised and Using own
initiative.
14 Ability to work under pressure for thorough and accurate working practices.
15 Ability to evaluate and analysis the different types of failures.
16 Maintaining Service P & L statement on monthly basis.
17 Maintaining Service Sales Report.
18 Maintaining Service Achievement Report having Target VS Actual and sharing with Managers
on monthly basis.
19 Maintaining Franchise-Wise Report and sharing with Managers on monthly basis.
20 Maintaining & updating 'Non-Stock Codes' list in Syspro.
21 Maintaining & updating 'License-Book' having all Service tools license records.
22 Maintaining & updating All Machines mapping for all the Brands.
23 Maintaining & updating MDI Industrial mapping for all Rotary Compressors. Following up with
all RPSMs & IR on weekly basis.

24 Maintaining & updating DMP report by pipelines, Machines & spare parts stock level on
monthly basis. Sharing & Following up with manager & IR on monthly basis.
25 Maintaining & updating All Machines Connectivity and SOE

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Keeping all Service Jobs under full Control.

1- Ensure all data concerning every individual job is correctly loaded onto the system to produce accurate invoices for different jobs in time.
2- Prepare, discuss and finalize the Service Quotations.
3- Liaise with vendors for the jobs being done outside.
4- Liaise with customers as necessary on coming and out going Jobs with all communication and documentation.
5- Liaise with the branches, as necessary, on incoming and outgoing jobs with all the correspondence and quotes.
6- Deal with the customers in updating them on the status of open jobs.
7- Receiving the parts & handover to Service Jobs.
8- Ordering the parts & follow-up for the status order parts with parts dept.,
9- Parts Allocation.
10- Invoice for the Service Jobs.
11- Local Purchasing.
12- Service Vehicle's maintainance & control all vehicle documents.
13- Overtime hours booking against jobs & process through system ( Lotus Notes).
14-Co-ordinate with Finance dept. if there is any outstanding transaction against Jobs.
15- Any other Assignments as per the Company Requirments.
16- Proper Segmentation of Job at the time of Authorizing the Workshop.
17- Booking all the expenses on each job and maintaining correct record in the Job folder.
18- Correct man hours booked on each job.
