Data entry on the system and manually keep all business transaction for balancing .Operate Oracle Software to handle the daily transactions of the company .Custodian of passport, medical reports, salary agreements and ID’s of labor force of company. Receive the Quotation, DO’s and Invoices from the Merchants and arrange their payments .Keep the Petty Cash in possession and balance the Petty Cash head on daily basis. Save the attendance and leave record of Labor staff of company. Distribute the salaries to the labor staff members as per Wages Pay System. Send the LPO’s, Quotations, and Profile to companies for Purchase of Construction Material .Keep and manage the record of all stationary and office used items. Purchase the standard constructional material on low cost rate from the merchandiser.
Basically I do work for manpower planning, Collection of data for recruitment. And also did short list the resumes, arrangement the interviews. After the final interview select the suitable candidate and give him offer letter. And then schedule the training program for all the candidates
My major responsibility was to retention all personal documents of all the employees. I did the work for employee’s motivation & good relation. Maintain office discipline and grievance handling. Provide interviews and full & final settlement attribution.
Sales and Collection of consumer products (Personal loan, Business loan, Auto loan).

In collection department my major work was that to collect the loan installments (Personal loan, Business loan, Auto Loan) and I meet my target with the limits of those criteria that State Bank of Pakistan has provided us.
