Lead the annual budget process by aligning targets with lead business partner and then partnering with their organizations to set divisional targets based on market dynamics, historical performance, and any known capital and/or expense investments Manage performance and hold the business teams accountable to delivery of P&L results through the cadence of the monthly forecast and business review process Proactively analyze key trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend plans and contingencies to support the business teams delivery against annual financial targets Finance support for Strategic, Functional, or operational projects including ROI development, prioritization of capital or operational expenses and recommendation of course correcting activities based on pre/post analysis.

Partner with the PepsiCo Customer Development team to provide the financial thought leadership to deliver
Annual Plans and the Periodic & Quarterly Forecasts for both volume and total trade expenses (Net Revenue) for Walmart and Costco Manage the teams trade events according to control standards and ensure accrual accuracy Collaborate with Customer Accounting to manage valid deductions and to recover invalid deductions Generate insights and analysis to drive growth and productivity, including review pre & post promotional event analysis and highlight areas of opportunity & coaching the customer development team to drive better financial understanding & performance Complete Balance Sheet Review each Quarter & support SOX testing based on the calendar defined by Internal Controls Collaborate with Customer Development Team on Pricing Negotiation strategies and tactics preparation, and influence business results.

Drive accurate and accountable financial forecasts to drive in-year profitability and contribute to the companys performance Perform standard and special analyses that provide insightful views into Factory operations and financial performance, identifying opportunities to the fulfillment of companys goals and commitments Manage the monthly operational reviews to understand and explain variances, update projections as needed, and communicate findings to the leadership Develop Business Cases and provide support including post implementation analysis Provide technical guidance to direct reports and other employees.

Day to Day Cash flow and Working capital management to ensure maximum utilization of funds without any disruption Drive technological changes to facilitate operational improvement Identify and develop innovative strategies for payment handling and other functions Liaison with Banks and maintain relationships to ensure excellence and smooth running of Treasury Operations Maintain company compliance with internal policies and government regulations Manage Insurance and Leasing arrangements of the company Responsible for management of Retirement Funds of the company.

Advise the Leadership in all aspects of innovations by ensuring P&L projections and a comprehensive review of underlying assumptions Lead Business Case presentations delivery to all countries as the Global Finance lead Share Business Plans with Personal Care leadership and ensure alignment with key stakeholders Control and Budget Global spends and advise the Business on resource allocation across categories and geographies Assist in the Global Financial Planning process and recommend actions to help the business achieve desired results Advise the Business on Pricing Strategy across geographies and help address identified anomalies Identify Brand Margin Improvement opportunities and have a robust plan to ensure on-ground execution across countries.

Preparing monthly forecasts, management results reports, commentaries, variance analysis versus forecasts, identifying abnormal trends in key P&L elements and partnering with cross functional teams to achieve forecasted
results Analyzing Brand launches/relaunches with respect to Financial Feasibility as well as developing business cases for the projects with P&L forecasts Leading strategic pricing decisions with senior management with respect to gross margin analysis and ensuring that healthy margins remain intact while suggesting cost improvement measures to help management take intelligent pricing decisions Conducting trade promotions ROI analysis partnering with trade category team to ensure maximum value generating promotions are undertaken and healthy ROIs are maintained Managing trade spend, distributor cost sharing, sales incentives budgets and ensuring 90%+ accuracy in forecasting these spends on a month-on-month basis Preparing CAPEX proposals and conducting financial analysis for business investment across factory and cold chain.

Perform audit of various departments and processes to ensure appropriate controls are suitably designed and implemented Review Controls pertaining to Group Reporting & Accounting and ensure proper Segregation of Duties (SOD) Provide Business with an insight on the potential risks that come along with new initiatives and market development plans Provide continuous assurance to the Business Leadership Team and Management Committee on various functions, mainly, Customer Development (Sales), Supply Chain, Marketing and Media Involved in key investigations involving fraud allegations over the employees as a member of the Unilever Ethics Committee team Liaison with Global Corporate Auditors thereby gaining a broader management experience.
