Abrhamic Family House: Project Cordoba, Miral Abrahamic Family House, an interfaith compound that houses a mosque, church and a synagogue in Cultural District, Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.
Data Centre: The project is to establish multiple TIER Ill Pre-fabricated Modular Data Center Block in Kizad (Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi) . TIER Ill Pre-fabricated Modular Data Center Facility to host 6MW IT load (including data hall, MMR and staging room). Managing planning for both Infrastructure and Main works Contractors.
Construction of a Deep Tunnel Storm Water System in Dubai is currently underway by the PORR-Six Construct (BESIX) Joint Venture for Dubai Municipality. The project consists of a 10km tunnel of 11.05m boring diameter, at 30-45m below ground.
Project: Mudon Development Phase 3, Neighborhood J, -Arabella II :
Mudon is a family oriented community that offers residents a tranquil yet active lifestyle fifteen minutes away from downtown Dubai, in a friendly self-contained neighborhood with its own shopping center, schools, nursery, health club, Mosque, and parks. This 30 million sq. ft. residential development will be home to over 4000 people with 800+ villas and townhouses. Phase 3 project scope includes construction of 496 precast villas of 10 different types (Civil & MEP works) as Mudon Development villas, being constructed by Trojan General Contracting LLC for Client Dubai Properties/ North25(DP/N25). Project No1 : Serena, by Dubai Properties is a master-community namely Bella Casa, Casa Dora and Casa viva that will cover an area of 8.2 million square feet, with around 1500+ villas/cluster of buildings to be completed in 4 phase amounting to approx. 880 million dirhams, whereas 1 phase to be completed by Feb 2019 and located near Sustainable city, Al Qudra Road. It will be a free hold construction. The developer plans to build this community around affordable housing communities and the project will be built in five phases. The first phase, Bella Casa, contains contains two and three bedroom townhouses and three-bed semi-detached villas, with homes being arranged around clusters that each contain four to six units. The project will contain 100, 000 sq. ft. of retail, three community centers, swimming pools, GYMs, play areas and a clinic.

Project No3: Fujeirah Business Center: This mixed use development is a pioneering project located in Fujairah opposite Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The project consists of a 22-storey hotel operated by Courtyard by Marriott with 189 hotel rooms and 41 serviced apartments and a 19-storey commercial tower consisting of 50 rentable office spaces, with both towers sharing a common retail podium

Involved in all aspects of project planning and monitoring of projects which includes building works, infrastructure works, landscaping works, using Primavera Project Planner (P6 Ver 8.3). Planning and Scheduling, Delay Analysis and EOT Claims, Project Recovery.Earned Value Analysis (EVA). Monitoring project progress with cost, resource and time parameters (Planned vs. Actual), and generating graphical reports for analysis. Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports for Client along with updated KPIs. Conducted weekly planning progress meetings along with Contractor and Client. Preparation of Engineers Determinations for Extension of Time Claim and presenting to the Client. Communicating through letters on various subjects as per the contract agreement & conditions and coordinating with different Contractors at site. Preparing the Monthly Dashboard for the internal management of the company. Handled 6 projects at a time during the absence of other planners while replacing them.
Al Sufouh tramway project in Dubai- A design & build contract with RTA. Cost AED3.18 Billion. Involved in all aspects of project planning and monitoring of project using Primavera Project Planner (P6 Ver 8.1). Scope of work includes preparation of level 4 for all the sub systems. Preparation of weekly histograms of work progress on site, monthly site visits, Look Ahead schedules for internal OPC meetings, Monitoring Coordination of changes as requested and preparation of monthly report in coordination with Contracts and Technical Departments along with S-Curves, Site Installation graphs, resource histograms, presentations for Management Committee based on monthly update and monitoring of Critical paths on weekly basis. Updating Milestones in Planisware (Project Management Software) on monthly basis used internally by all the Sub System Managers. Organizing and chairing internal coordination meetings with different sub systems to highlight critical activities Subsequently, reporting to OPC manager on work progress, difficulties and failures and problem for solution in order to ensure work flow. Working with other members of the Claims team to develop and extract the start and end dates of all compensable schedule delays. Maintained the Prima Vera schedules that can be used as baselines for claims. Project Client Roads and Transportation Authority (RTA)
Strategic Tunnel Enhancement Programme (STEP), with a cost of AED 5.7bn ($1.9bn). Involved in all aspects of project planning and monitoring of project using Primavera Project Planner (P6 Ver 7.0). Scope of work include 25km of the tunnel with an excavated diameter of 6.3m using three earth pressure balance tunnel boring machines to excavate and, at the same time, case the tunnel with pre-cast concrete sections along with six access shafts to depths of between 40 and 50m. Project is scheduled to be completed in second half of year 2013. Project Client is Abu Dhabi Sewerage Service Company (ADSSC). Cost AED695 Million

Project No 2: Construction of Sewerage Connections and Related Works in Abu Dhabi Island and Main Island-Phase III. Cost: AED 80 Million
Involved in all aspects of project planning, cost control and resource planning of project. Planning and scheduling is carried out using Primavera (P3). The scope of works include Gravity sewer including related structures and associated works. Works related to abandonment of existing sewerage and storm water lines including dismantling and demolishing of existing pumping station. Connection of new sewerage and storm water lines to existing, NDM works using micro tunneling. Reinstatement of all surfaces and any existing components / services disturbed or damaged as a result of the construction. Project Client is ADSSC
Jabel Ali Sewage Treatment Plant (Al-Ahmadiah Aktor- Aktor JV) Project. Cost: AED 1.56 Billion.
Planning and scheduling using Primavera (P3) version 3.1 for the preparation of clause 14 program. Responsibilities also include tracking project schedule and budgets, follow-up for the Milestones, look ahead schedules, compilation of monthly progress reports including cash flow projections, KPI’s, daily and weekly activity programs, weekly progress meetings, coordination with supplier, procurement and technical engineer for procurement of material as per the schedule, site visits for monitoring and shooting of pictures, preparation of claims in coordination with construction manager. My scope includes planning and monitoring for the construction of Internal Roads, Administration and Laboratory Building, Labour Accommodation and Mosque, Workshop and Storage buildings(6 Buildings), Tanker Reception and Control Building, Chiller Yard and piping, Transformer & MCC Rooms, 4 Nos Substations, Chemical Storage & Dosing Building, Residual Chlorination Building, Filter Blower House, Potable Water Tank and Pump House and Ventilation Fan Room for STP treating 3, 000, 000 cubic metres of waster water per day for Dubai Municipality, Drainage and Irrigation Department. From April 2003 - Jan 2004, was working independently for design and site supervision of G+6 Extension of Lady Dufferin Hospital Project in Karachi and designing of Roads and structures.
