TIER Ill Pre-fabricated Modular Data Center Facility to host 6MW IT load (including data hall, MMR and staging room). Managing planning for both Infrastructure and Main works Contractors.

Project No1 : Serena, by Dubai Properties is a master-community namely Bella Casa, Casa Dora and Casa viva that will cover an area of 8.2 million square feet, with around 1500+ villas/cluster of buildings to be completed in 4 phase amounting to approx. 880 million dirhams, whereas 1 phase to be completed by Feb 2019 and located near Sustainable city, Al Qudra Road. It will be a free hold construction. The developer plans to build this community around affordable housing communities and the project will be built in five phases. The first phase, Bella Casa, contains contains two and three bedroom townhouses and three-bed semi-detached villas, with homes being arranged around clusters that each contain four to six units. The project will contain 100, 000 sq. ft. of retail, three community centers, swimming pools, GYMs, play areas and a clinic.

Project No3: Fujeirah Business Center: This mixed use development is a pioneering project located in Fujairah opposite Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Preparation of weekly histograms of work progress on site, monthly site visits, Look Ahead schedules for internal OPC meetings, Monitoring Coordination of changes as requested and preparation of monthly report in coordination with Contracts and Technical Departments along with S-Curves, Site Installation graphs, resource histograms, presentations for Management Committee based on monthly update and monitoring of Critical paths on weekly basis. Updating Milestones in Planisware (Project Management Software) on monthly basis used internally by all the Sub System Managers. Organizing and chairing internal coordination meetings with different sub systems to highlight critical activities Subsequently, reporting to OPC manager on work progress, difficulties and failures and problem for solution in order to ensure work flow. Working with other members of the Claims team to develop and extract the start and end dates of all compensable schedule delays. Connection of new sewerage and storm water lines to existing, NDM works using micro tunneling. Reinstatement of all surfaces and any existing components / services disturbed or damaged as a result of the construction. Project Client is ADSSC

My scope includes planning and monitoring for the construction of Internal Roads, Administration and Laboratory Building, Labour Accommodation and Mosque, Workshop and Storage buildings(6 Buildings), Tanker Reception and Control Building, Chiller Yard and piping, Transformer & MCC Rooms, 4 Nos Substations, Chemical Storage & Dosing Building, Residual Chlorination Building, Filter Blower House, Potable Water Tank and Pump House and Ventilation Fan Room for STP treating 3, 000, 000 cubic metres of waster water per day for Dubai Municipality, Drainage and Irrigation Department.
