Petromin Project : Planning scheduling Budgeting and execution for the maintenance and
renovation work (MEP) of Petromin Express, Fuel stations, Primo shop and Car showrooms.
NBD Project : Full Office renovation work done for NBD Emirates Bank in Salamah Tower Jeddah and Moysam Tower Makkah.
Arena Project : Renovation work (MEP) of Saudi Golf Course KAEC and Jeddah Corniche Circuit Formula-1 under supervision of Arena UAE Company
Almajal is a joint venture company with G4S UK. At present I am holding a position of Project Manager (Operation & Maintenance).

My project is Alrajhi Banks & ATMs, the largest banking network of Saudi Arabia. Under my direct supervision, maintenance teams are working in different zones of western region. The maintenance work includes HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, masonry, painting, water supply and sewerage system etc.
During my tenure in Almajal company, I have also worked as maintenance Manager for 4 star hotel (Luxurious Alrawdah Suites, Madinah KSA) and multistory office building GOSI (General organization for social insurance, Jeddah KSA).
The maintenance work includes
1. HVAC (Chillers, Fan coil units, Air Handling units, Chilled water pumps etc)
2. Electrical works
3. Plumbing, Water supply & sewerage system
4. Civil works : masonry, painting etc
5. Carpentry
6. BMS & Fire Alarm system
7. Telephone/network etc.
I have worked as Senior Site Engineer for the Mechanical construction work at PARCO Mid Country Oil Refinery Project - Mahmoodkot, Pakistan.
Responsibilities : Planning & Execution for the
1. Fabrication & erection of structure
2. Installation of above ground piping
3. Installation of rotary/packaged equipment
4. Installation of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant).
5. Technical dealings and coordination with client (Marubeni, Japan), and various departments like stores, procurement, quality control department etc.
Under my direct supervision a complete ETP was installed which was designed by Australian company, Thames Water Asia Pacific.
I have worked in Allied Engineers for expansion project of Engro-Chemical (Fertilizer) Pakistan Ltd.
Responsibilities :
1. Planning/Execution for the fabrication, erection and quality control of structure of Bagging Building, Screening Building, Belt Conveyor, Columns, Galleries, Hoppers, Chutes etc.
2. Bidding, coordination with client (NOVA spa Milanese, Italia).
3. Make shop drawings and solve technical faults during fabrication and installation.
Fabrication of equipment and structure of Cement Plant ( Client : CPC Pakistan Ltd a sister organization of F. L. Smidth Denmark).
Fabrication of deaerator, boiler, Mist separator (SS tank) etc (Client : Pak-Arab fertilizer, Pakistan).
Fabrication of lube oil tank, oil storage tanks, sludge tanks etc (Client : Wartsila Diesel, Finland)
Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance)
Responsibilities :
1. Maintenance of Plant (All related equipment of Crasher, Stacker, Reclaimer, Raw Mill, Cement Mill, Packing Plant, on routine and preventive basis.
2. Budgeting and material ordering for minor and major shutdown of the plant.
3. Prepare BOQ’s and cost estimation for particular works in Plant (such as screw Conveyors, air slide conveyors, dust collectors/bag filters etc.)
4. Fabrication/erection of conveyors, dust Collectors, pipeline from oil heating station to Kiln firing zone (burner) etc.
After doing graduation, this was my starting of carrier. My responsibilities were as follows :
1. Shop Fabrication of industrial Tanks, piping and structures
2. Painting and Packing of Structures, Pipings, Equipment of Different industries
3. Assist QC team
4. Material procurement as per BOQ.
5. Prepare progress report
