Conduct surface profile measurements with the press-O-film paper.
Monitoring ongoing site Blasting and painting activities as per client requirements.
Ensure surface cleanliness prior to coating application (primer / topcoat).
Monitor and check wet film / dry film requirements as per client specs.
Inspect coatings for any paint defects for touch up and repair.
Perceiving Coating and Insulation activities as per client requirements and standards.
Ensure the use of correct procedure for the paint mixing and applications.
Ensure that correct type of equipment and instruments are used for blasting and coating activities.
Perform holiday testing of underground piping to ensure that all coating defects are repaired prior to backfilling.
Responsible for Inspection Works for sandblasting and Painting of weld joints / Tie-In spools, platforms, pipe Supports, Application of VE coating and other miscellaneous painting works.
Raise RFI for final inspection / acceptance of Client inspector.
Monitoring, Witnessing, Inspection & Documentation of all painting & coating activities offsite & onsite.
Abrasive blasting; coating applications, priming, intermediate coat & top coat of various sizes of pipe spools to be insulated & un-insulated lines for various services.

Pre inspection for concrete surface preparation inspection, moisture test, surface free from contaminants.
Monitoring the air temperature, relative humidity, dew point and surface temperature.
Repair of cracks, honey combs, pop-outs, and other irregularities of concrete Surface contaminants that inhibit coating adhesion or induce early coating deterioration shall be removed.
Roughen the smooth surfaces to improve coating adhesion, remove any weak surface layers to provide strong base as required for many coating system.
Prepare the surface by abrasive blasting, hand tools or power tools as per coating system applied.
Salt test or other contaminant test perform and remove if any, remove laitance layer from the surface.
Coating applied must be according to approved WMS and Aramco standards.
Check WFT & DFT should be in max-min limits of applied APCS.
Ensure Inter-coat intervals to be observed as per PDS or SAES-H-001/SAES-H-003.
Use correct application equipment as specified in PDS of coating materials.
