o Planning & running optimum day to day operations following good manufacturing practices
o Implementation & auditing of quality, environment & health management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001)
o Cross functional support to sales, R&D, finance, and supply chain departments
o Material forecasting based on sales forecast & future projects
o Preparation of budget, annual capital and operating expenditure plans (CAPEX & OPEX)

o Abiding by all governmental regulations & licenses for smooth factories operations

o To perform & review HAZOP study for all new & existing processes

o Preparation of annual maintenance plan
o Procurement and management of critical spares
o Ensure to minimize down time

o Develop new sources and strengthen relations with existing one
o Watch out on global situation for uninterrupted supply of materials
o Preparation of annual requirement plan against forecasting
o Supplier classification using Kraljic matrix
o Supplier negotiations
o Feasible and uninterrupted logistics supply
Manufacturing & Plant Operations
•Production planning & Scheduling as per sales requirement and inventory
•Troubleshooting machine breakdown
•SOP implementation in daily plant production operations
•Recycling of Hold batches to reduce waste disposal
•Implementation of process improvement techniques to reduce lead time and quality variance
•Ensuring equipment and assets reliability using preventive & predictive maintenance techniques
•Work in coordination with HR, Admin & custom clearance for government related permits esp. MODON, MCI.
•Prepare and maintain analysis for sales, raw material consumption, customer stats.
