Mustehkam Cement has 1000 tons per day cement production, the Capacity enhancement Project from 1000TPD to 3400TPD is completed now. In project my participation was to design and implement control system for 3400TPD plant in SUPCON DCS Control System.
Supervising the Maintenance and Development in Instrumentation, and plant Automation system PLC DCS jobs at Cement Plant. Responsible for trouble free operation and fault diagnostic of Automation Section of both production lines.
Development of PLC Logic and interface with DCS and configuration of Control Modules.

Data acquisition from various types of Energy Analyzers & PLCs through software using RS232 & RS485 MODBUS RTU & TCP/IP protocol.
