 To serve as a contact point between back end HR functions/ departments and business/ line management in designated Area(s)/ Division(s)/ Group(s).
 To ensure smooth and timely implementation of BAL HR policies.
 To deliver all HR services to BAL internal customers at their work premises/ geographical vicinity. To serve as a catalyst in promoting an organizational culture based on fairness, social responsibility and workplace ethics.
 To eliminate / minimize the element of human bias in people management, ensuring equal opportunity environment with out any discrimination and harassment.
 To train, develop and motivate BAL employees in delivering optimum level of best quality service to both external and internal customers in line with changing environment and organizational dynamics.
 To create an environment of trust and reliance between HR and BAL staff members.

 Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedule.
 Conduct interview up-to senior executive levels.
 Prepares letter of offer to selected candidates and letter of rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
 Conduct exit interviews, Conduct orientation program to new employees.
 Attend to employee grievances and complaints, provide guidance if necessary.
 Review compensation and benefits up to junior designer level.
 To train, develop and motivate employees in delivering optimum level of best quality service to both external and internal customers in line with changing environment and organizational dynamics.
 Administers the HR procedures are adhered to. Handle monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.
