• Implementation of HSE Policy.
• Carry out risk assessment for the working site.
• Perform training on how to act during incidents and induction to the new employees.
• Maintain data records and reports as needed on timely basis.
• Issue lifting, hot work Permits and environmental health and safety check lists.
• Identifying all Mechanical, Chemical and Electrical hazards present in workplace
• Special trainings conducted regarding Toxic gases present in workplace.
• Strict adherence to PTW implementation.
• Awareness of Nitrogen Purging used before starting shutdown.
• Training of Emergency Recovery process.
• Precautions about Work at Height.
• Provide safety training and awareness to the employees.
• Remain at the site until the day finish and monitor& take care of all of worker activities.
• Inspection of grinding, cutting, welding, portable, lifting and handling tools etc prier to job.
• Conduct Tool Box talk (TBT) daily, weekly & monthly at the site and submit report to the client on daily basis and also maintain a record for company manpower.
• Checking Permits for activities and fulfilling safety requirement as per every permit
