Assists in recruitment and selection process
Participates in recruitment effort for exempt and nonexempt personnel (excluding managerial levels and above); and helps to coordinate the use of temporary employees.
Conducts new employee orientations; administers pre employment tests; conducts reference checks.
Files EEO-1 report annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs pertaining to applicant flow procedures.
Assists in making policies and procedures
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
Helps to maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
To handle all problems regarding Leaves, Termination / Resignation, Salary related issues as per defined policy.
To report the problems to HR Manager, Site Manager as well as to the Project Manager and to take necessary action to solve the problems
Job analysis to write job descriptions and find out proper skills and required qualifications.
Coordinate in recruitment process and conducting interviews.
Assist HR Manager in yearly report and research
Handle the record of employees and present it to the Upper Management
Coordination between employees and Management
Monitoring employees’ work and check their devotion to the work-performance.
