SAJ Chemicals is a SME which manufactures liquid fertilizers and plant growth nutrients for the plants and crops.
Recently at SAJ Chemicals, I have advanced in a track record of increasing responsibilities. In my last position as an implementation manager, I analyzed the customers and their needs of customizations on the healthcare portal as per to their specialty and this gave me the detailed insight on how to manage different businesses and their positioning in a competitive market.
In the current role, I started with the responsibility of introducing a new line of RADIANT™ consumer products in the market.
I personally looked after the manifestation of the brand and its products before launching them into a highly competitive market. We managed the introduction using the extended marketing mix where I headed the team. Later in the years I successfully launched their fertilizer brand ALL GOLD™ using the top branding techniques and taking the appropriate steps for the execution of the marketing plan as well as the sales offers.

- Working on the new positioning of the brand, communicating it and building on new values and messages through adapted activities in Pakistan
- Plan, Manage and control Marcomms budget allocation, followed by implementation and activities evaluation
- Going Digital: changing the marketing communication mix to a new strong focus on Digital and social networking as backbone to all communication

Team Lead Implementations at CureMD (Healthcare IT)

CureMD is an American Healthcare IT company offering a complete fully integrated practice management system. I joined them as their application analyst and a year later appointed as implementation manager/Team Lead where I dealt with medical practitioners in USA as clients.
Highlights of my CureMD experience were:
- Analyze the requirements in order to define existing business activities and business process flows; review operational procedures and methods; identify bottlenecks and raise strategic remedies; and recommend improvements.
- Part of the pre-sales team, giving out modules based demos
- Offering customization through specialty based optimization
- Implementation process was completely managed by me
- Managing the data migration & developmental tasks as per to customer requirements
- Monitoring and optimizing QA & deployment processes
- Tracking and monitoring the activities of the team to ensure optimal performance and high quality delivery
- Offering module based training once the client is Live
- Follow up with clients about completed tasks and queries
- Managed 30 teams members including technical and doctors & pharmacists


While managing Cure MD’s Implementation Department I was directly reporting to VP development and my achievements included a much needed restructuring of the implementation process. I was responsible for smooth data migration for the client and its application customization from day one to the time when the client goes Live with our product. It involved Electronic Health Records customization as per to the specialty of the client & definitions of work flows. This gave me firsthand full on experience in laying solid foundation to build a strong rapport with a new client.
I was part of the modules based training team when the client went live in order to help them through the basic workflows of our electronic health records system and its extensive use and impact on the rest of the product and registrations.

I lead the implementation of a fully integrated CureMD PRS v.10 for Westchester Institute of Human Development, New York, where we had to customize dashboards and HER workflows for more than 30 doctors according to their specialties. Not only that, we gave them an outsourced service of schedule management; I also looked after scheduling division team. Altogether 30 developers and doctors were involved in the process of implementation where a fully customized billing module was developed introducing different tiers of audit trail. The complete project after rigorous testing was deployed in 60 days. I was awarded a cash bonus on the achievement.
