Duties : Running and managing over 3700 Agents in 38 different countries, Planning Road shows, Participating in Exhibitions, concluding & negotiating bulk sales, deal with under-witting contracts, creating policies to develop business. Prepared 6 International Team (Middle East, India, Pakistan, China, Africa and UK) with 2 Sales Staff each and securing 250 million business against 3m investment. Team of 40 plan to hit over a billion sales in 2019.
Duties
Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting
assumptions; recommending objectives & targets
Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements;
allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching,
counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives;
assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing
incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational
opportunities.
Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical
services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations,
and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art
practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
I launched two projects, first one costing 13.8 Billions Dirham mix use development, Residential
Apartments, villas, Commercial Towers, Hotel Apartments Towers, Golf Course and 5 star Hotels
in Dubai Land. Second Project is over 1 Billion dirham in Business Bay commercial Towers.
Alhamdulillah we closed over AED 14 Billions sales including 1650 Apartments, 437 Villas, One
Commercial Tower, and three Towers in Business Bay in Dubai.
And over 2080 Apartments in Emirates City and 8 Towers in Huamid city Ajman sales revenue
generated 1.3 billion Dirham.
Leasing Department with 1 Leasing manager, 1 BDM and 14 Leasing Sales staff yearly profit
over 3 million per year.
I was the first person hired in UAE; setup everything from scratch, Sales, Marketing, Business
Development and Customer Services departments. I am having over 48 professionals reporting,
3 offices and over 1800 Real Estate active Agents dealing with all over the world
Handled over AED 90 million marketing budget per year for 2006/2007/2008 2 Marketing
Supervisor and 4 coordinators were reporting.
