- Drives and generates opportunities for revenue growth within assigned account and consistent with preset SGS global key account initiatives and strategies

- Works in a professional manner and in conjunction with local and global SGS operations and client services staff to achieve client deliverables and exceed expectations
- Works with and directs assigned Global Key Account staffs and provides on site program management if required.
- End-to-end demand and delivery management to multiple accounts in the UAE and Egypt
- Project cost, scope, time, quality, risk, communications, integration, human resources, and procurement management
- Managing and improving Vendor performance
- End-to-end sales management to multiple accounts in the UAE and Egypt
- Improve accounts retention through on time high quality project delivery and building strong relations with key stake holders
* Provide deep analysis for customer business and system requirements
* Handle communication and provide consultation and guidance to customers according to their business requirements
* Secure a long-term relationship with customer through understanding both short- and long-term requirements as well as identifying business opportunities within the accounts
* Develop requirements document for system functions and modules
* Supervise development and testing of project to ensure customer satisfaction
* Obtain customer sign-off on written requirements document
* Propose alternative solutions for each project aligning with project priority, timeframes, and objectives
* Carry out the business analysis, requirements elicitation, documentation and presentation for du eShop (http://shop.du.ae) and Self Care (https://selfcare.du.ae)
* Conduct training sessions for du Corporate Communications team on Vignette Content
* Develop and update ITWorx’s style guide.
* Develop and maintain ITWorx’s intranet.

* Identify business opportunities within account(s) and co-ordinate efforts with sales & business development functions to provide proposals to customers.
* Analyze requirements and develop proposals for existing and potential clients.
* Respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs). Owns preparation of proposals and sales presentations assisted by the Sales Support team.
* Set pricing and rate models for different accounts.
* Set investment objectives and potential return on investment for every investment opportunity.
