Working as Head of IT & MIS at Fauji Foundation Hospital Lahore and also managing dependent Projects, encompassed the following activities:
•Provide leadership and perform day to day project management oversight and plan, organize, secure, manage, lead and motivate resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
•Consistently participated as one of the major contributors in the indigenous analysis, design and deployment of ERP (Medix System) and its successful implementation in Lahore and dependent projects.
• Involvement in analyzing end user requirements, deployment of change requests and ensuring end user’s needs with enhancement of features (including Infrastructure components) in health care ERP.
•Successfully Implemented Medix ERP which includes Clinical, Financials, Accounts Payable/Receivable, HR, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Inventory & administrative management of Fauji Foundation Projects.
•Management of change requests through Issue Tracking System Spira and Quality assurance according to organization requirements before its deployment at user’s end.
•Administer and control the Information Systems’ expense budget to contribute to a cost-effective operation and evaluation of new requirements with preparation of IT budget on biannual basis.
•Analyzes information to determine, recommend, and plan layout for type of computers and peripheral equipment, or modifications to existing equipment and system, that will provide capability for new or upgraded networks, while maintaining efficient operation and effective use of space.
•Connectivity of 6 Medical Centres with FFH Lahore through VPN to utilize HIMS.
•On 8 Mobile stations Doctor equipped with Laptops and connectivity devices to check patients on HIMS connected remotely with servers at FFH Lahore.
•Efficiently and satisfactorily managing multiple projects simultaneously.
•Projects Documentation and system audits to ensure optimum data management and computation.
•Plan, document, execute & control of the IT deptt business continuity and Disaster recovery plans
•Tracking and monitoring security of IS operations to improve performance and reliability.
•Co-ordination, planning, directing and controlling the project activities, presentation of monthly, quarterly and yearly project reports/presentations
•Frequent dialogues with end users and analysis/suggestions evaluation to establish and maintain satisfaction levels, follow up on resolving issues to ensure optimum performance of operations.

•Analyze, maintain and revise existing practices and processes to drive operational deficiencies.
•Developing IT policy and SOPs maintaining the standards of quality management & effectiveness.
•Identifying project progress, delays and issues, if any, and escalating reports to management about progress, issues and risks, including progress report.
•Develop, manage and control the proper Metrics and KPIs for IT process.
•Managing the administration of the Network Hardware/Software environment, data centre operations, data security etc in order to ensure high reliability, efficiency, integrity, accuracy, safety and availability of data including on spot assistance/guidance to IT staff for resolving queries/problems.
•Designed and conducted technical trainings for the users of project according to evaluation requirement of their IT skills to develop the IT proficient and satisfied employees.
•Supervises daily monitoring, reporting, and maintenance of IT Infrastructure management by reviewing staff activities, adjusting priorities and re-scheduling work to meet operational demands.
