Handling a varied team of 11 associates consists of, Asst. Sales Manager, Managers, Sales Supervisors, WH supervisor, Shipping Assistant Accounts Executives under preview directly and indirectly.
The turnover of area is approximately Sr. 110 million and I am fully accountable for meeting the bottom-line expectations.
Strike Rate growth 40% and CC by 19% while unique SR improved by 32%
Channelize the sales with a remarkable growth of 23% compare to taken over a period.
Reduce expiry and damage rate to 0.50% of annual sales. This was a significant value addition to profitability.
Temporary Credit Sales (TCS) current reached 78% from 58%, achieved credit terms from 90days to 31days this was a great value addition in overall business.
I widely travel to maintain the close contact with all the dealers and sales team. I always keep my team fully motivated to meet the upcoming challenges and well trained to solve the day-to-day issues with their dealers.
Functionally, deeply involve with supportive departments such as Regional Finance, Regional Warehouses, and Regional Service Centers to get the things done (on time Credit Notes, on time delivery, and customer related issue.
Responsible for trading conditions (annual Contracts negotiations), budgets, and profitability of key accounts.
Arrange, maneuver and control the account-plans, the annual meetings, promotion.
Ensure the department is performing to the agreed updated standards as signed off by management.
Ensure the department is compensated, well-motivated by fairness and work compatibly with all in the region.
Ensure the targeted RED audits by self and conducted market visits on a timely basis to fulfill the Company Standards.

Qassim & Madinah Region
• Developed the market and launched complete product lines of 6 brands that propelled sales from Sr. 25M (2013) to a projected Sr. 70.M by 2017 in Qassim Region while in Madinah Sales exceed from 80M to 121M while bottom line for both areas were 55% Plus.
• Identified opportunities, researched new product possibilities, collaborated with a team and created / registered 20 new clients with the total of 32 generating Sr. 75M additional in annual sales.
• Prepare and completing action plans, implementing policies, adherence of Productivity, Quality of customer services standards and resolving problems Transform your responsibilities into quantifiable achievements by brainstorming.
• Maintains and expands customer business bottom line through the constrictive involvement of sales team and productive calls, repeat order, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new opportunities with existing customers and new customers along obtainable opportunities.
• Direct warehouse operations. Maintain necessary inventory levels, order materials, route deliveries and pickups.
• Analyze and evaluation of activities, costs, operations, budgets and forecast data to determine region progress towards stated goals and objectives. (Or to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace).

A team of 15 associates consists of, Sales Supervisors, Key Accounts Executives and Merchandisers report to me.
The turnover for the assigned customers was around Sr. 70 million and I am fully accountable for meeting the bottom-line expectations.
Channelize the sales with a remarkable estimated growth of 51% compare to taken over a period, an additional Estimated growth of 20% due to newly launched Arwa.
Reduce expiry and damage rate to 0.45% of annual sales. This was a significant value addition to Profitability
