Payroll: Accurate and timely processing of payroll in an efficient manner, including electronic paycard and account transfers Promptly responding to employee inquiries regarding any payroll discrepancies and issues Maintaining, reviewing record of attendance, overtime, deductions and incentives Submitting new employee recruitment approval request and follow up with ministry of labour department including visa submission, medical appointment, arranging accommodation and transportation facilities Processing new resident work permits, health cards and annual travel tickets, preparing new employment contracts and renewing existing contracts as per Qatar Labour Law in a timely manner Accounts: Responsible for managing accounting transactions, maintaining up-to-date financial records including general ledger entries, petty cash, reconcile bank statements Processing bank payments, issuing PDC to suppliers whenever its required Managing obligations to suppliers, customers and third party vendors Recording daily transactions including accounts payable, receivable and raising purchase orders & invoices
