Involved in Pre Commissioning, Commissioning and Start Up and Maintenance Activities, Configuration and Parameters Setting of VFDs, Electrical Heat Tracing Panels, and Fault Finding and Troubleshooting in HVAC system and Switch-gears, Transformers, Lighting Panel, Power Panel, Electrical Wiring and Small Projects Installation, Testing and commission. Preventive and correction maintenance of all type of electrical equipment's.
Main Power Supply as an Electrical Maintenance Technician to Different Petrochemical and Chemical Plants.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Remained fully involved in Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning / start up and maintenance (troubleshooting) activities.
As and when required, coordinate the required activities with other section of Production Departments during Pre Commissioning & Start Up stage of the Plant and also day to day job.
Provide engineering assistance to the Engineering Team for the modification of Electrical System after CSU activities.
Prepared, Review of Operation & Maintenance Technical Procedures to start the Plant in safe & cost effective manner.
Preventive, Routine, Breakdown Maintenance of all Electrical (HV & LV ) equipment’s, MCCs, AC Motors, Transformer, Breakers, lighting panel and power panel, distribution panel, ABB & Siemens VFD, Soft Starter & Knowledge of Protection, Control and interlock checking, troubleshooting etc.
Routine & Annual Maintenance of AC/DC UPS System including Batteries & Battery Charger (Gutur/ AEG).
Installation & Maintenance of Electrical Heat Tracing Panel & cable and its control (THERMON).
Diagnosis of various problems related to Electrical & facilities and solving by root cause analysis.
Authorized electrical person (AEP) to take change overs of EHV, HV, MV switch gears and transfer the loads without affecting the plant and product.
Supervision of Electrical Maintenance Work with quality, health, safety & environment as per Engineering Standard / Code by application of SAP Maintenance Module.
Punch points preparing during commissioning, startup and overall supervision of all substation & field.
Dealing with day-to-day activities, Contractors / Sub-Contractors for ensuring the compliance of the requirements as per SABIC Standards.
Member of Commissioning and Start-up (CSU) and Plant Readiness Program (PRP) Teams.
Inspection of construction work-sites by walkthroughs and audits.
Scheduling & updating Maintenance history.
Work with multi-cultural nationalities.
Electrical Maintenance Activities to perform PPM and CM activate and Electrical Troubleshooting & Perform Shut Down Activities.
I have Got Diploma From Punjab Board of Technical Board Lahore by Swedish Institute of Technology Multan.
I have Passed Matric WIth Science with Ibne Sina High School
