• Execution and supervision on construction activities starting from Site preparation, Planning,
Excavation, Steel Reinforcement, Form work, concrete work, grading, paving, and structural
works Protection work, Structure work, Precast works, Road works, Installation of security
fence, Raft Foundation, Shafts, Reinforcement including Bar Bending schedule, Crank bars in
Beams, Epoxy, Water Proofing Work, Slabs and Retaining wall for Major Workshop lining,
block work & interlock Sewer Networks underground utilities and water network Pipelines
as per design & drawing.
• Prepared and submitted detailed reports on construction activities, material use, manpower, and
project progress to management.
• Planning for the use of Mivan formwork, including material specifications and assembly
techniques.
• Scheduling to develop timelines for project phases, coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Resource Allocation to Assign resources to tasks, balancing workloads and optimizing resource
utilization.
• Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress (Key performance indicator)
& evaluating as per the planned schedules.
• Supervision of the working labour to ensure strict Adherence to methods, quality and safety.
• Provide regular updates on project status, including any challenges, risks, or delays, and propose
solutions to resolve them.
• Field inspection, Check Shuttering, Reinforcement, verify the material and quantity used by
contractor. Raise Non-Conformance Notices (NCNs)/Reports; site inspections notices (SINs)
identify quality deficiencies in conjunction with the RE.
• Preparing Bill of Quantities, reports, Minutes of Meetings, payment process, Estimation,
sample and testing of materials of the projects.
• Ensured timely submission and approval of GFC drawings, material submittals, and method
statements from all disciplines like Architectural, Structural, MEP, Fire & HVAC.
• Reviewed and interpreted Architectural, Structural, and services drawings to proactively
identify conflicts and facilitate design coordination.
• Review and Approval of all Civil related TODs (Turn Over Documents) after completion of Site
work before handing the project to the Client such as ECC (Erection Clearance Certificate),
PCCC (Pre-Commissioning Check), CCC (Commissioning Clearance Certificate), PAC
(Preliminary Acceptance Certificate) and FAC (Final Acceptance Certificate).
• Inspect project site to monitor progress and adherence to design specification and safety protocols.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Monitoring of Partition, Electrical, HVAC, Multilevel racking set up works as per given design &
drawing at Warehouse and Fulfilment Centre (FC)
• Procuring vendor quotations for various kinds of Infra related works (Civil, Partition wall, HT
electrical, HVAC, Multilevel racking, Mezzanine works etc.).
• Overseeing the inventory, rental, repair and maintenance of office equipment and also review with
Client coordinator regarding various maintenance issue & improvement of building system.
• Attending the client meeting regarding the status of work.
