Job Duties:
Tracking, updating & integration of the project schedules through Primavera P6 tool.
Involved in the submission & approval of baseline program packages for newly awarded projects.
Preparation of schedules with Civil & MEP activities along with Engineering and Procurement relation.
Preparation & approval of Manpower & Equipment deployment plans for multiple projects.
Monitoring planned vs actual progress S-curves, cash flows & Recovery schedules as per the requirement.
Monitor the projects Baseline vs Actual Comparisons with site planners.
Preparation of Earned Value Management Report & Productivity Analysis for projects managers and
management.
Preparation of weekly & monthly dashboard reports for senior management & GM.
Preparing and monitoring overall company cash flow of ongoing and upcoming projects on monthly basis for
management.
Monitoring each Project cost report vs planned budget on daily basis and monthly basis.
Preparation of tender stage project schedule and other project management documentation for Business
development team.
Managed weekly and monthly progress reports with planning team both for internal and external as per the
project requirement.

o Prepared master program of Halcrow integrated projects (All projects of Halcrow Pakistan) &
tracking updating quarterly reporting to Managing Director for internal control system.
o Preparing planning procedure to follow contractors planning and scheduling standards of Halcrow
Pakistan.
o Preparation of program for bids to meet client requirement.
o Preparation of Level of Effort/resource allocation for sea port project of HPK team.
o Review & approval of baseline schedule & monitoring schedules of contractors with coordination of
Resident Engineer for Sea Port Project.
o Monitoring contractor’s actual progress versus planned progress with coordination of Resident
Engineer and other site team for all construction supervision projects.
o Preparation of projects status report for progress reporting to client.
o Assist in preparation & analysis of time related claims/extension of time (EOT).
Handled other projects in Halcrow Pakistan.
