Finish Goods:
• Managing the finish goods stock inventory & dispatches of ambient & chilled items.
• Make sure to achieve daily dispatch target with close coordination of logistic & sales team.
• Manage & control daily, monthly & annual stock counts for stock accuracy.

Finish Goods Warehousing & Logistics:
• Ensuring smooth operation for stock transfer and sale dispatches.
• Efficient utilization of available resources to achieve daily dispatch target.

• Ensuring supplies for dispatches on FIFO and FEFO basis.

• Provide support to Warehouse Manager in managing & supervising RM / Pack Mat operations.

• Daily monitoring of stock receiving, issuance to production & balance stocks.
• Ensure proper office record maintaining and keeping with date for Internal and External Audits.
• Managing Raw material, Secondary packing material & chemicals.

SAP Role: Sales, Distribution and Warehouse Management: (CSO-WM/IM/SD)
• Responsible for receiving of Finish Goods from production till its dispatch to customer & Marketing warehouse.
• Handling & storage of Finish Goods by keeping its quality up to the given standards in Warehouse till its dispatch.
• Weekly & monthly cycle counts to keep the inventory up to 100% accuracy level.
• Arrangement of vehicles according to the dispatch plan for smooth & on time deliveries to customer & Marketing Warehouse.
• Receiving, storage and handling of SCVs.
• Responsible to address customer complaints without any delay.
• Responsible to train end users for SAP WM/IM module.
• Responsible to write off for expired/rejected stock.
Special tasks / Assignments:
• Completion of business readiness activity in Leaf, Wrapping Material & finish goods warehouses before launching of (Project TAO) in Jhelum Factory.

• Ensuring smooth operations for secondary & primary sale at GPL within the SOP limitations along with achievements of KPIs targets.
• Ensuring 100 % stock accuracy at GPL cold store and help out ICF operations team for eliminate the hurdles to synchronize operation.
• Taking up operational issues with GPL management to dig out the solutions.
• Share stocks reports with relevant stakeholders for order booking at GPL, AZ & national stock report.
• Communication with transport supervisors and make timely arrangements of vehicles for on time dispatches.
• Held time to time meetings with transporter officials to resolve related issues and take a performance overview.
• Vehicles planning for BBM and Cadbury joint ventures and ensure vehicle availability as per requirement.
• Looking after all three sites for smoother primary & secondary operations.
• Implement safety measures at GPL cold store and ensure strict compliance by workers, also timely updates to safety team for their required data (SAM, Hazards reporting, Zonal meeting, safety contacts)

• Execution of Daily dispatch plan and fleet Management.
• Physical Inventory & Cycle count, Stock Transfer and Goods Receipt (Plant to Plant & within Plant).
• Remain in contact with warehouse team for 100% stock deliver and resolution of all issues related to IMT channel.
• Processing of SUBCON, Stock recall, lift back & FOC stock issuance.
• Preparation of aging report on weekly basis and share with all stake holders for on time payment.

• Managing invoices of IMT customers and rectification of errors from disputed invoices.
