 Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the Food & Beverage division, ensuring
timely and accurate management reports.
 Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and conduct variance analysis to support strategic
business decisions.
 Monitor daily sales performance, inventory movement, menu profitability, and Cost of Goods Sold
(COGS) to improve operational efficiency.
 Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals,
prepayments, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
 Conduct inventory reconciliation and cost analysis to identify stock variances and reduce
inventory losses.
 Collaborate closely with Operations, Procurement, and Culinary teams to optimize food costs,
improve gross margins, and enhance profitability.
 Prepare management reports covering sales trends, inventory turnover, food cost percentage, and
operational KPIs.
 Review supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation while maintaining strong
internal controls.
 Ensure compliance with IFRS, company financial policies, and internal control procedures.
 Support external auditors by preparing schedules and reconciliations during annual audits.
 Utilize ERP/accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel for financial reporting, budgeting,
and business analysis.

Financial Reporting
